TPH CAMPS ARE HERE TO HELP ENHANCE YOUR ON-ICE SKILLS
Acceleration Camp
This 2 day Holiday camp will focus entirely on the most important skill in hockey “SKATING”. Players will be challenged through on-ice sessions complete with acceleration drills, resistance drills (parachutes, bungees...), as well as adding pucks to speed drills throughout the sessions to put them into game-like situations. There will be a consistent blend of technical instruction (under speed) and tempo-based challenge (overspeed). During the off-ice portion of the program players will have a Speed and Agility off-ice workout complete with fundamental movement patterns, quick feet drills, explosive exercises and hockey specific Shooting and Stickhandling drills. This program is perfect for players looking to work on skating technique, explosive speed, quick starts and overall skating speed.
