TPH CAMPS ARE HERE TO HELP ENHANCE YOUR ON-ICE SKILLS
This session will focus on proper use of the player’s edges to maximize speed and control through all different types of skating skills in game situations. Skills such as the forward stride, quick starts, lateral movements, bracket turns, etc. Time will also be spent focusing specifically on puck skills like shooting and puck handling technique in all different game situations. We understand the importance of being able to add speed with and without the puck and will also focus on adding a puck to these skating skills to help your player gain more confidence adding speed in game situations.

Oct 26th PD Day - 1 Day Puck Skills Camp
This PD day skills camp will offer players a unique opportunity to work on and off-ice on a variety of puck control, and shooting skills.
Players will begin their day with a 1.5-hour on-ice session which will be focused on puck control, with an emphasis range of motion and puck protection. Following the ice-time, players will then engage in FOUR off-ice components, including off-ice stickhandling, off-ice shooting, off-ice workout, and an off-ice video skill/IQ session. There will be an off-ice block consisting of TWO stations (ie., shooting & workout) prior to lunch and another block (ie., puckhandling & video) after lunch. Every player will engage with each station throughout their day.
The camp will comprise 20 skaters and offer a 1:4 coach-to-player ratio for lots of individualized feedback opportunities. Players will be divided by age or skill when necessary. Spend your day off with us adding more detail to your game!
